In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The Design and Technology Association will not reveal personal details or the full name of any identifiable primary or secondary school student shown in a photographic image on our websites or in printed material without consent. Images of individuals will not normally have an accompanying name in the text or caption unless it relates to a specific event, such as the presentation of an award. 

For students under 16 years of age, the school must seek full parental/guardian consent for the use of such images. Although such permission is not mandatory for students over the age of 16, the D&T Association requires permission for the use of images for all students. Signing this form grants consent for images of the named individual to be used in the on the D&T Association websites. The images will not be used for any other means or by third parties.
